Tinker Air Force Base Chem Clean Renovation

 

Shiver Construction was challenged with erecting a 6,000 sf mechanical mezzanine platform on top of historic building 3001 at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City Oklahoma. This project required a 330 Ton Hydraulic Crane with 213' of luffing jib. The crane was mobilized on a Friday afternoon and took nearly 8 hours to erect. At dawn on Saturday morning the truckloads of steel arrived and the steel began to fly. By Sunday Morning the grating was being installed and the luffing jib was disassembled and the crane demobilized by Sunday afternoon.

HC-130 Fuel Cell Hangar- Davis Monthan Air Force Base - Tucson, AZ

This 30,000 square foot aircraft hanger sits just off of the flightline at Davis Monthan Air Force Base. The 178' clear span required multiple cranes to hoist and set.













F-35 Flight Simulator-
